These terms govern the use of MOJAQ services including analytics, document rendering, uptime monitoring, and error tracking.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
Usage is limited by your subscription tier (Free, Solo, Startup, Team). Exceeding limits may result in throttling or overage charges.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. EU VAT is applied per applicable tax rules. B2B customers with valid VAT ID: reverse charge applies.
Target uptime: 99.5% monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows excluded. No SLA credits for Free tier.
See Privacy Policy and DPA (AVV). Data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Data export available for 30 days after termination.
Limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence (per German law).
German law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of [City], Germany.
