Terms of Service

Beta Terms — Last updated: July 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of MOJAQ services including analytics, document rendering, uptime monitoring, and error tracking.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

3. Service Tiers

MOJAQ is currently a free private beta. Published technical limits may be enforced through throttling or temporary restriction, but no overage charge is incurred during the free beta.

4. Payment

There are no paid transactions during the free private beta. Commercial pricing, renewal, tax and payment terms will be presented for acceptance before any paid service begins; Stripe is the intended payment processor.

5. SLA

No contractual uptime SLA or service credits are offered during the free private beta. Published reliability targets are operational goals, not guarantees.

6. Data Processing

See the Privacy Policy and DPA working template. Core application databases and service storage are hosted in Helsinki, Finland; disclosed subprocessors create the international processing paths described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using the beta and request deletion at any time. Because deletion is coordinated across backing services, export data before confirming deletion. Encrypted off-site backup copies older than 30 days are scheduled for pruning after a successful backup upload; a failed or missed maintenance run can delay that pruning, so this is not a guaranteed hard-expiry deadline.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the beta is provided without warranty and MOJAQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing Law

Mandatory consumer and data-protection law continues to apply. The governing-law and venue terms for a commercial service will identify the operator and jurisdiction before paid launch; no exclusive venue is asserted for this free beta.

These terms cover the current free private beta. They are not commercial terms; provider identification and paid-service terms will be completed and reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
