Privacy Policy

Datenschutzerklärung — Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what personal data MOJAQ processes, why, on what legal basis, who it is shared with, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to visitors of mojaq.com, people who create a beta account, and anyone who contacts us.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing described here is MOJAQ, an independent developer-tools service established in the European Union. For any privacy matter, contact [email protected]. Full statutory provider details are set out in our Legal Notice.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to.

3. Recipients and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data and there are no advertising or third-party tracking services in our data path. We rely on the following processors:

4. International transfers

Our primary hosting and all stored customer data remain in the European Union (Helsinki, Finland). Two subprocessors are US entities and process limited data in transit: Cloudflare (connection metadata, incl. IP) and Resend (account emails). Those transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you enable the AI gateway, data you send may be transferred to a provider outside the EU — that transfer is initiated by, and under the control of, you.

5. Data retention

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20) and objection (21), and to withdraw any consent at any time. Exercise them via [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (for your session and security). We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless by design — so no consent banner is required.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Security

TLS on every connection, encryption of backups at rest, passwords stored only as modern salted hashes, per-tenant data isolation, and EU data residency for all stored data. Details are in our Trust & security page.

10. Children

MOJAQ is a tool for developers and is not directed at children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting account holders will be communicated by email.

MOJAQ is currently a free private beta. Before the service becomes commercially available, the controller's full legal name and registered address will be added here and this policy reviewed by legal counsel. This document reflects our actual data handling as of the date above.
